– What does Bolívar means?

The name of our café pays homage to Simón Bolívar, who dreamed of the American continent as one nation through cultural integration. We took that dream and applied it to our mission statement, to build a space that will bring together different cultures and nationalities through the exploration and application of traditional ingredients in our culinary creations for all to enjoy.

– What kind of food do you serve?

Well, our main focus is on Venezuelan arepas, artisan sandwiches, fresh fruit juices and coffee.

– Can I make a reservation?

Only if your party is lager than six (6) people.

– Can I order for take out?

Sure, just come in and place your order at the counter, or you may place it by phone (310.581-2344).

We offer curve side delivery and we’ll soon have our system ready for you to order through our facebook page.

– Do you take credit cards?

Yes in deed! However, when you pay cash you automatically receive 10% of on orders over $10.00 bucks!

– Is parking available?

There is metered parking on Ocean Park and some free parking on 18TH street.

However, please read the signs for restricted residential parking.

– Do you deliver?

Only orders above $25.00

– Are there any chef specials?

There will be weekly specials

– Are there desserts?

Yes, we are fortunate enough to partner up with former Michael Mina pastry chef.

– Do you serve wine or beer?

Nope!

– Do you offer catering?

– Can I rent the space for a private event?

– Are you vegetarian/gluten-free vegan/raw friendly?

Yes, a great section of our menu qualifies under those dietary needs.
